INVITE TO BUSINESS SUPPORT ROADSHOW
Small businesses are being invited to a ground breaking series of drop-in road shows offering an unrivalled range of business support and information including advice on funding issues, legislation and rural diversification.
The road shows, which are funded by East Midlands Development Agency (emda) via the Welland SSP, are focused on delivering information, advice and support for town, country and agricultural businesses alike. Defra, ACAS, British Telecom, the Health and Safety Executive, Business Link, emda and JobCentre Plus will be available at the events along with Welland’s own Enterprise Agency, Rutland On Line’s Broadband advisers, renewable energy providers and specialists on helping women in enterprise.

Partners are asked to commit to at least 6 meetings of approximately 2hrs each over the period of a year and the programme is available free of charge. TAKE THE AMBER ROAD
UK Trade & Investment and East Midlands Development Agency are organising a conference looking at European enlargement six months on.
The conference “Take The Amber Road”, named after an ancient European trade route, will include several business case studies, informative presentations and a choice of workshops.
